■  Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.326mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.

■  Basement: No basement, floor type directly.

■  Door: 3 pcs of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 3000(w) x 2550(h). 1 pc of emergency door. Watching window with aluminum frame.

■  Air Circulation System:2x3kw intake fan, 1x4kw exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper. Intake cabin have manual adjust the air flow, keep positive air pressure in the room.

■  Heater ：Infrared lamp heating , consist of 10 groups ,each group have a cover, a stainless steel mirror reflector and 3 tubes,  each tube 1kw power , total 30 tubes (30kw) . Infrared Heat radiation have a feature of high penetration, efficient, no noise, pollution free etc.

■  Lighting System: Ceiling light has 32 pcs of 24w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 24w LED lamps.1000 Lux. 

■  Air Purification:  Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.

■  Control panel :Microcomputer control system. China brand CHINT electronic components.
