Configuration:

■  Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.

■  Basement: Steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. 3 rows of grilles with floor filter & 2 rows of checkered plates. Full ramps.

■  Door: 3 pcs of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 3000(w) x 2730(h). 1 pc of emergency door. Watching window with aluminum frame.

■  Air Circulation System: 1 x 7.5kw direct drive intake fan, 1x5.5kw direct drive exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper. With two manual damper on duct to adjust the air flow, keep positive air pressure in the room.

■  Heater ：Infrared lamp heating , consist of 10 groups ,each group have a cover, a stainless steel mirror reflector and 3 tubes,  each tube 1kw power , total 30 tubes (30kw) . Infrared Heat radiation have a feature of high penetration, efficient, no noise, pollution free etc.

■  Lighting System: Ceiling light has 32 pcs of 24w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 24w LED lamps.1000 Lux. All lights are accessed from outside the booth.

■  Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter is M pattern nonwoven filter bags. It can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.

■  Pollution Control System: Special configure with M pattern Active Carbon pocket Filter System.

■  Control panel :Microcomputer control system. The system is composed of PLC, air pressure switch and Snyder electronic components.
